These programs are designed to equip students with the essential skills and certifications needed to excel in the healthcare industry.

1. OTT (Operation Theatre Technology)

The Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) course is designed to train students in the essential technical skills required in operating rooms and surgical settings. Students learn about the instruments, procedures, and sterilization methods used in surgeries, ensuring that they can assist surgeons and medical staff effectively. The program also covers patient care before, during, and after surgery, providing comprehensive knowledge of the theatre's safety standards and sterile practices. Graduates of this program play a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency of an operating room, helping improve patient outcomes.

2. MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology)

The Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) course equips students with the skills to operate lab equipment, conduct tests, and analyze patient samples for diagnostic purposes. Students learn about hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, and blood banking, among other subjects. The program focuses on the crucial role of laboratory technicians in detecting diseases, monitoring patient health, and providing valuable information that aids doctors in treatment decisions. With a growing demand for skilled medical professionals in laboratories, MLT graduates are essential members of the healthcare system.

3. Dispenser Technician

The Dispenser Technician course prepares students to become key players in the pharmacy sector. Dispenser technicians are responsible for assisting pharmacists in preparing, dispensing, and managing medication for patients. This program provides in-depth knowledge of drug names, dosages, and proper handling, as well as how to ensure that prescriptions are accurately filled. Students also learn about inventory management, patient safety, and the importance of confidentiality in the pharmaceutical field. Dispenser technicians help ensure that patients receive the correct medications, contributing to better healthcare outcomes.

4. LHV (Lady Health Visitor) PNC REGISTERED COURSE

The Lady Health Visitor (LHV) course trains students to become skilled healthcare professionals who provide essential maternal and child health services. LHVs are responsible for visiting communities to offer primary health care services, such as immunizations, maternal care, and health education. They play an important role in rural areas, where they provide health advice, support to pregnant women, and guidance on newborn care. The program emphasizes community health, communication skills, and preventive care, preparing graduates to contribute to the well-being of families and communities.

5. CMW (Community Midwife)

The Community Midwife (CMW) course is focused on training midwives who provide healthcare services to women, especially during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Students learn about prenatal care, delivery techniques, and post-delivery care for both mothers and infants. The program includes practical training in community settings, enabling graduates to offer support and guidance to women in rural and underserved areas. CMWs are integral in reducing maternal and infant mortality rates, offering counseling and support, and ensuring safe childbirth practices in their communities.

6. CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program prepares students to provide essential care to patients in hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare settings. CNAs assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. They also monitor vital signs and provide support to nursing staff in delivering patient care. The program emphasizes communication, empathy, and basic medical knowledge, ensuring that graduates are ready to provide compassionate and effective care. CNAs are vital members of the healthcare team, often being the first line of assistance for patients in need of daily care.

Each of these programs is carefully designed to equip students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and certifications to succeed in the rapidly growing healthcare sector.
